Our Bountiful Garden

So many fruits & veggies … too much to eat! Squash, zucchini, cucumber, jalapeños, onions, green beans (plus peaches from my awesome friend Alli). Chopped & froze 8 bags of squash & zucchini tonight after eating stir fry & zucchini pizza a few times this week. Lots more coming on, plus tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, potatoes, corn & fresh herbs. We’ll preserve a lot and still have too much. Who needs some?
