I adapted this recipe from one I found from Kathryn Budig. Hers had a lot more ingredients and no cheese but I like mine better because of taste and ease in making it. Admittedly, I’m boiling many nutrients out of this dish by making it the consistency that it is – into a ‘mashed potato’ texture, but I love it. In the end, it’s better than fast food (and most regular restaurants) anyway.
- Boil cauliflower & broccoli
- Blend in favorite
- Season and serve
I add Everglades seasoning to it when I serve it. Yum!!!
